Storage: $250/mo boat, $400/mo barge, $100/mo crane (yard at 501 Bunker Rd). Cost of capital: 8% per §1.G of the HD Worxs/JWTC Co-Contracting Agreement.
Annual deployment baseline: 1,000 hr boat · 800 hr barge · 1,000 hr crane (~4-month active disaster season).
FEMA gaps to flag: Asset B-06 (twin-300 hp work skiff) is mapped to 8137 Debris Removal Skiff — a closer match than runabout/recreational codes.
